Albert Ned Magee, 77, of Mt. Hermon, died Nov. 25, 2020, at his residence in Mt. Hermon.
Born Jan. 13, 1943, in Walthall County, he was the son of the late Daniel Magee, Sr., and Ardessa Carr Magee.
He was married to Rose Commadore Magee. To this union one child was born, Gregory Commadore Magee. Magee retired after working over 30 years at Boh Bros. Construction Co.
Survivors are his spouse, Rose Commadore Magee of Mt. Hermon; three brothers, Edward (Paulette) Magee of Detroit, MI, Allen Magee of Flint MI, and Zebe Dee Sartin of Lafayette, LA; one sister, Sandra Carr of Tylertown; one brother-in-law, Jimmy Dell Conerly of New Orleans; Amy Lee Buchanan of Kentwood, and Curtis Lee Briggs of Mt. Hermon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Gregory Commadore Magee; father and mother-in-law: Curtis Commadore Sr.., and Amie Jackson Commadore; six siblings: Anna Lee Magee, Forestean Magee, Alfred Carr, Jessie Lee Conerly Magee, Carolyn Bridges and Daniel Magee Jr.
A private graveside service was held with Rev. Luross Carr rendering the eulogy, interment in the New Bethel UMC Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Danny Magee, Tracy Magee, Alvin Bullock, Bobby Smith, Ronnie Magee and Allen Bullock.
Honorary pallbearers were Allen Magee Jr., Edward Magee, Zebe Dee Sartin, Bennie Magee, Carl Bridges, Keith Briggs, Randy Briggs, Billy Commadore, Terry Commadore and Stafford Buckhanan.
Washington Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
