Howard Earl Mark, 66, of Bogalusa, died March 28, 2021, at his residence.
Born Sept. 18, 1954, in Foxworth, he was the son of the late Sidney Mark and Flora Mae Lee Mark. He is also preceded in death by his stepfather R.C. Hart, sister Sandra Noel (Wayne) Mark Cotton, brother Jerry Willard Mark and nephew Andre Mark.
Survivors are his fiance Josephine Profit; two daughters, Shanola (Bill) Marks of Bogalusa, Charise Marks of Bogalusa; one son, Sidney Mark of Bogalusa; Barbra Donnell Crumedy; sister, Rhonda H. Watts of Milwaukee, WI; brothers, Willie Ray Lee, Percy L. Mark, Michael P. Mark of Milwaukee, WI, Charles Ray Mark of Jackson, Randall C. Hart of Columbia, Cotton Brothers, Mark Cotton, Jerry Willard Mark; special nephew, Steven D. Cotton; five grandchildren; a special grandson, Ke’Shodrick Gaines.
A graveside service was April 10, 2021, at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Sidney Butler rendering the eulogy and officiating.
Pallbearers were Micheal Marks, Steven Cotton, Daris Mark, Ke’Shodrick Gaines, Ke’Korey Gaines and Daris Brinson.
Washington Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
