Clarence M. Etheridge, 77, a resident of McComb, died May 21, 2021, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 4, 1944, in Tylertown, son of the late Dave and Bernice Etheridge.
He retired from the Army National Guard and then worked in the produce department at the McComb Market .
He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Fay Etheridge; Glenda Forbes and Billie Jean Fortenberry Clark; two brothers, Wilkie Etheridge and Cloy Etheridge.
Etheridge is survived by his wife, Janice O’Neal Etheridge of McComb; one daughter, Jaycee Watkins of McComb; step-children; Regina Dillon of McComb and Renee and husband, Darrell, McManus of Lumberton, Texas; one brother, Harold Etheridge of Baton Rouge, LA; one sister, Wileen O’Quin of Metairie, LA; four grandchildren, Jalynn McManus; Jaclyn McDuff; Josh and fiance’, Kayla, Watkins and Jeremy and wife, Ashley, Jackson; four great-grandchildren, Casen McDuff; Jayden Watkins; J.T. Tarver and Eli Tarver.
A funeral service was May 24, 2021, at Hartman Jones Funeral Home, burial in Hollywood Cemetery. Rev Trent Bilbo Will officiated.
Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb was in charge of the arrangements.
