Eddie “Stick” Mack, 61, died Sept. 11, 2021, at University MS Medical Center, Jackson. He was born March 31, 1960, in Independence, LA, to the late Margie Taylor Mack and Iley Mack.
He was the life of the party whenever he was around and others were always guaranteed a laugh.
He attended Tylertown High School where he was a part of the basketball and baseball teams. He is still well known for the basketball skills he possessed in high school. He worked in the brick mason industry for several years.
Survivors are his daughter, Farina (Curtis) Magee-Brister; three grandchildren, Kayen and Kursten Magee and Kristian Brister, all of Tylertown; three brothers, John Ray Mack, Robert (Annie) Mack and Donal Ray “Buddy” (Glendora) Mack, all of Tylertown; five sisters, Ada Mack, Vera Kee Mack, Diane (Jerry) Smith and Mary Lou Brown, all of Tylertown, and Donice Mack of Texas.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Charles Mack.
Graveside services for Mack were Sept. 25, 2021, at Tylertown Cemetery, Rev. Stacy Robinson officiating, interment to follow.
Craft-Ginn Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
