Audrey Ann Quinn Carr, 72, of Tylertown, died Oct. 16, 2021, at her residence in Tylertown.
Born April 2, 1949, in McComb, she was the daughter of the late Walter Quinn and Lucy Smith Quinn. She enjoyed many activities including gardening, cooking and taking care of her family. She was married to J.L. Carr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Percy Quinn; two sons: Randy and Kevin Carr.
Survivors are her husband JL Carr; two sons, Donnell Carr and Linnell (Lisa) Carr; six daughters, Barbara (Travis) Westbrook, Suzanne (Darian) Montgomery, and Stacy Carr; four sisters, Hattie Lee Simmons, Julia Lee Thornton, Carrie Jean Thornton and Ruby Jean Thornton; five brothers, Melvin Quinn, Milton Quinn, Johnny B Quinn, Walter Jr. Quinn, Roosevelt Quinn; grandchildren; great grandchildren.
A funeral service was Oct. 23, 2021, at Mt. Canaan MBC with Rev. Tim Hughes delivering the eulogy and officiating, interment in the Thornton Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Roman Barnes, Travis Westbrook, Darian Montgomery, M.L. Leonard, Lester Smith and Tyrone Quinn.
Honorary pallbearers were Donnell Carr, Linnell Carr, Jmais Gatlin, Ladarian Montgomery, Richard Gatlin, Lavonta Smith, Jarvis Carr, Qua’darrius Smith and Jason Westbrook.
Washington Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
