Sam Anthony, 59, of Tylertown, died April 18, 2022. He was born April 15, 1963, in Bogalusa.
Funeral services were April 23, 2022, at Lee Hill Baptist Church in Folsom, burial in the Neal Cemetery in Folsom, Rev. Douglas officiated.
He loved working at the Amite, LA stockyard, and traveling with his brother, Buddy. He also enjoyed joking around and having a good time.
He was preceded in death by his father Buck Anthony; mother Hilda Jenkins Anthony; son Ricky Daigle; daughter Tina Brumfield; mother of his children Debra Anthony; and wife Jerri Anthony.
Survivors include his son Jason Daigle; daughters Penny Bailey and Terrie Daigle; brother Buddy Anthony (Pat); sisters Ida Desselle, Olivia Hunt (Harold Sr.), Charlene Baham (Carl), and Marie Huval.
Pallbearers were Tim Miller, Darrell Baham, Daniel Anthony, Gene Salter, Harold Hunt, Jr., and Leroy Rodriguez.
