Veronica Howard, 52 of Tylertown, died July 5, 2022, at Forrest General Hospital. Ms. Howard was born March 13, 1970, in Tylertown to Mary Nell Howard and the late Lavoice Howard.
At an early age she joined Mt. Moriah MB Church. For many years she was employed with Stogner’s Dairy Bar and it was stated that her smile always made patrons feel welcomed. In 1989 she graduated from Tylertown High School.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lavoice Howard; her sister, Felicia Williams; grandparents, Jack and Mary Fortenberry and F.L. and Viola Howard.
Survivors are two sons, Jacolby Howard and Blair Senters of Tylertown; her mother, Mary Nell Howard of Tylertown; three grandchildren, Keratin Wilson, Khloe Howard and Kaisley Howard of Hammond, LA; one sister, Suconda (Ricardo) Thomas of Canton; two brothers, Sedric (Casonja) Howard of Tylertown and Corey (Dashun) Howard of Bossier City, LA; special friends, Darryl Bush and Gregory Wagner.
A funeral service was July 16, 2022, at the Holy Temple Ministries, Eld. Colia Dillon officiating, interment in Tylertown Cemetery.
