Donnie Larue Burnthorn, 62, of Tylertown, died Oct. 2, 2022, at his residence. He was born May 16, 1960, in Loranger, LA.
Funeral services were Oct. 6, 2022, at Capps Funeral Home.
He loved to hunt, fish, or just being outdoors in nature.
He was preceded in death by his father Leroy Burnthorn; mother Melba O’Bryant Burnthorn; and sister Sandy Burnthorn.
Survivors include his sons Donnie Lane Burnthorn (Candi) and Brody Larue Burnthorn (Victoria); daughters Treasure Brooke DiGiovanni (Brian) and Salina Breeze Burnthorn; grandchildren Madison Laine Burnthorn, Jacob Larue Burnthorn, Olivia Marshall Burnthorn, Makayla Ann DiGiovanni, Kylie Pearl DiGiovanni, Shane Michael DiGiovanni, Destiny Jennings, Isabella Lowery, Jasmine Lowery; brother Daryl Burnthorn (Judy); sister Sheila Stegall; mother of his children Tammy Thomas.
