Joseph (Joe) Juneau, Jr., 72, a resident of McComb, died Feb. 19, 2023 in Eunice, LA.

In 1983 he developed the well construction technology program at Southwest Community College, at the time the only such program in the U.S. Juneau retired in 2009 after 26 years of service at SMCC.
