Ora Lee Foriest, 73, of Tylertown, died March 23, 2023, in Hattiesburg after a brief illness. She was born Jan. 17, 1950, in Walthall County to the late O.D. and Majorie Foriest.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Louise Foriest; and niece, Rhonda Patrice Ellis Vessell.
She joined Tylertown First Baptist Church at an early age and received her education from J.J. Gulledge High School.
Survivors are three sisters, Floyd Ellis, Varersa Magee, JoAnn McKelphin; one brother, James Darrell Magee; one aunt, Mildred Dean.
Funeral services were April 1, 2023, at Tylertown First Baptist Church, Apostle Clayton Bullock officiating, with interment in the Tylertown Cemetery.
