Betty Jean Cantwell, 85, died June 27, 2023, in Granbury, TX. She was born Jan. 15, 1938, in Tylertown. Funeral services were July 7, 2023, at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home.
Miss Cantwell was a member of Tylertown Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening, and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her father Alvin Brown Cantwell; mother Dixie Owens Cantwell; and sisters Inez Cantwell, Sue Ainsworth, and Quida Bullock; and brother Jake Cantwell.
Survivors include her nephew Larry Eugene Ainsworth; nieces Rhonda B. Dabney, Kathy B. Truxillo, Paula A. Spragg, and Kay A. DeLozier.
Hartman Hughes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
