Absentee voting continues

Absentee voting continues in the circuit clerk’s office through Saturday at 12 noon. The office is open from 8-5 weekdays and this Saturday from 8-12 for those wishing to vote absentee in the office.
As of Monday morning, about 250 absentee voters had cast ballots.
Voters 65 and over are eligible to vote absentee if they wish. There are also several other reasons for voting absentee. The circuit clerk can advise you if you are eligible.
