Danny Preston Brown, Jr., 45, of Tylertown, died Nov. 4, 2024. He was born Feb. 25, 1979 in McComb to Danny Preston Brown, Sr. and Avis Marie King.
A memorial service was at Hartman Hughes Funeral Home Nov. 11, 2024 with Bro. Richard Magee officiating.
Little Danny as he was known by family was an avid fisherman who also loved hunting, riding his Harley Davidson and reading his Charles Stanley bible. He loved animals especially of the K-9 variety including his sidekick Bushwick Bill.
Survivors include his son, Dylon Matthew Brown; daughter, Erika Rose Brown; father, Danny Preston Brown, Sr. (Myrtle Duncan); mother, Avis Marie Woodall King (Robert Lee); grandchild, Dakoda Mead; sister, Jamie Lynn Brown (Stacey Lee Rayburn); nephews, Tucker Morris, Ethan Johnson and Braiden Boyd; nieces, Issabella Boyd and Chloee Rayburn; aunts, Lurlene Payne (Joe Irby) and Peggy Hamilton; uncle, Ottis Brown; cousins, Roger Payne, Rodney Payne, Randy Payne and Jeff Barnes; and friend, Kelley Harvey; wife Wendy Lynn Brown
