Raymond L. Sibley, 93, of Tylertown, died in his home Nov. 24, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Sibley; mother, Hazel Grace Moore; brother, Earl Morre; brother-in-law, Chike Powell.
Survivors are his wife of 30 years, Judy P. Sibley; his children, Raymond L. Sibley Jr., Roxy Haltom, (Billy), Rhonda S. Baker, Tara Grace “Penny” Soloman, Danita Kim Gore (James), Kevin Sibley, Meri Sibley (Ben Mahan); sister-in-law, Nancy Powell (Scott Pirie); brother-in-law, Jeff Powell (Susan Rottman).
He lived his life as a musician, educator, band directory, principal and retired as a psychologist with the St. Tammany Parish School District.
Memorial services were Dec. 4, 2024, at The Church on Beulah in Tylertown. Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to a charity of your choice.
