THS Chiefs get by Harrison Central
Tylertown proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 38) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They slipped by the Harrison Central Red Rebels 13-12. Winning may never get old, but the Chiefs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Tylertown’s victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Harrison Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tylertown will take on Perry Central at 7 p.m. on Thursday. As for Harrison Central, they will face off against D’Iberville at 7 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors’ defense has only allowed 14.5 points per game this season, so the Red Rebels’ offense will have their work cut out for them.
