John Lee Lenoir, 57, of Bossier City, LA, a Tylertown native, died Nov. 8, 2025, at his residence. He was born April 6, 1968, in Tylertown, to John “Ike” and Emma Dean Lenoir, and was raised in the Brandon Bay Community.
He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Henry Lee Lenoir and Johnny Earl Thompson; one sister, Anita Lenoir; maternal grandparents.
Survivors include his mother; one daughter, Jasmine Lenoir; four grandchildren; six brothers, Freddie Lenoir and Otis Lenoir of Shreveport, LA; Herman Lenoir, Montague (Taquallia) Lenoir, Andrell (Tamica) Magee, and Melvin Magee, all of Tylertown; sisters, Sheila (Harold) Jackson, and Sandra Jones of Shreveport, LA; Barbara (Gamal) Simmons, Bertha (Sammie) Johnson, Heather (Dennis) Williams, Ida Mae Badon, Sherrie (George) Brister, and Bonnie (Jaran) Lee, all of Tylertown; uncle Roy Magee; two aunts, Daisy Green and Wilermenia Lenoir; a special person in his life, Mother Arthureen Carter.
Services were Nov. 22, 2025, at Greater Powerhouse Church in Tylertown, with Pastor Colia Dillon officiating. Burial was in Tylertown Cemetery.
Services were entrusted to Craft-Dillon-Ginn Funeral Chapel, Tylertown.
