Lomaeine Dillon, affectionately known to all as “Dickie”, 50, of Tylertown, died Aug. 20, 2020, at Courtyard Rehabilitation and Healthcare in McComb. He was born Nov. 10, 1969, in Tylertown to the late Ada Lee “Bubba” Mack and Luzern Stanley “Sonny”Dillon.
After graduating from Tylertown High School in 1987, he attended Delgado Community College in New Orleans and later graduated from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, TX, on Feb. 2, 1992. He was married to Felicia Carr and to this union they had a daughter, Alexus. Dillon worked as a mortician, barber, masonry and disc jockey.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ada Lee Mack; stepfather, Charles Mack; maternal grandparents, Edgar and Ophelia Dillon; paternal grandparents, Luzern and Berdie Dillon.
Survivors are two daughters, Alexus (Chrisvonta) Smith of Columbia, TN, Jennicia Carr; and one son, Mario Gause of Tylertown; father, Luzern (Georgia) Dillon of McComb; five siblings, Reginald Mack of Tylertown, Crystal (Tony) Hollins of Allen, TX, Sabrina (Walter) Banks of Groveland, FL, Diane Dillon of Lorton, VA, and Carmen (Javonnie) Lenoir, of Tylertown.
Pallbearers were Reginald Mack, Kendall Holmes, Blair Quinn, Chrisvonta Smith, Ciamino Dillon and Robin Tate.
Honorary pallbearers were Brian Dillon, Mario Gause, Randall Dillon, Stanley Smith, Sherman Smith and Edward Orlando Dillon.
A graveside service for Dillon was Aug. 29, 2020, at St. Paul MB Church, Rev. Isiah Jones officiating, interment in St. Paul MB Church Cemetery.
