April Warren, 41 of Tylertown, died Nov. 5, 2020, at Ochsner Northshore Medical Center, Slidell, after a brief illness. Ms. Warren was born July 19, 1979, to the late Ms. Lee Warren and Quincy Lewis
Graveside services for Ms. Warren was Nov. 14, 2020, at Williams and Warren Cemetery, Franklinton, with Rev. Lucious Williams, Jr. officiating, interment in Williams and Warren Cemetery, Franklinton.
She was a correctional officer at the Louisiana State Penitentiary for many years. In her later years, she enjoyed being at home taking care of her children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Lucious and Ozzie Williams, 1 aunt and 8 uncles.
Survivors are her daughter, Alaysha Butler; son, Q’Terris Warren; brothers: Quincy (Dorcus) Williams and Kendrick (Shawnte’) Warren; nephews: Quincy (Tristan) Jackson, Kendrick Warren; McKenna Warren; great-niece, Reginae Jackson; 12 uncles; three great-aunts.
