Wildcats fall to Resurrection 42-6

Salem’s Wildcats had another tough go of it Friday falling to visiting Resurrection Catholic.
Salem faced Resurrection’s ground attack as the Eagles racked up 331 rushing yards for six touchdowns.
The Pascagoula school mounted a 20-0 lead at the halftime horn.
In the third quarter the Eagles chalked up 14 more points.
Salem managed a fourth quarter score to avoid a shutout, ending scoring at 42-6.
The Wildcats travel to Taylorsville this Friday night.
