Ashton Cardell Woodard, 10, died May 7, 2024, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born Dec. 12, 2013, in Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Alexi Cy’Mone Woodard; grandfather, Ado “Jim” Woodard; one aunt, Brittany Marie Woodard; one uncle, Thado Woodard.
Survivors are his parents, Ado (Reshae) Woodard, and Evorjia (Desmen) Magee, all of Hattiesburg; his siblings, Adarian Woodard, Arayah Woodard, Asia Ellzey, Ja’Maurice Crumedy, Destine Magee, Xaiden Magee, Amari Woodard and Mya Heart; his grandparents, John and Patricia Harris of Summit and Brenda Woodard of Hattiesburg; great grandmother, Virginia Holmes of Hattiesburg.
Funeral services were May 18, 2024, at Craft-Dillon-Ginn Funeral Chapel in Tylertown, pastor Diana Brumfield officiating, interment in the Dillon Hill Cemetery.
