DYB: 12U, 10U, 8U advance to state

Three of Walthall’s Dixie Youth teams will advance to state tournament play after successful district play last weekend.
The 12U All Stars went undefeated at Monticello and will play at Columbia over the July 5 weekend.
Walthall’s 10U All Stars were named district runners-up at Monticello and will also advance to play at the state tournament at Columbia the weekend of July 5.
The 8U Walthall All Stars were district tune-ups at Brookhaven over the weekend. They will go on to play in the 8U state tournament at the Lincoln County Complex at Brookhaven beginning July 12.
The 6U All Stars lost their district games and end their season.
