DYB 8U state tourney this weekend

Walthall’s 8U Dixie Youth All Stars get their shot at a state championship this weekend at the Lincoln County Sports Complex at Brookhaven. The AA league, Division 2 teams met at Lincoln County to determine which team advances to the DYB World Series.
The 8U All Stars advanced to the state tournament following wins in the district tournament played in June.
The 6U All Stars failed to advance to the state tournament after being eliminated at their district tournament played in June.
