Henry L. Lee, 81, of Franklinton, died Oct. 30, 2024, at North Oaks Hospital, Hammond. He was born July 13, 1943, in Franklinton to the late Latimore Bickham and Aline Lee.
He married the late Ella Wee Lee. He loved hunting, fishing and farming during his younger years. He was a longtime employee of Washington Parish government until his retirement. He was a member of Water Valley Church of God in Christ until his death.
In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Cleveland Lee, Tom
Bickham, Elmo Bickham; his sistes, Sarah Cotton.
Survivors are four sons: William Henry (Michelle) Lee, Charles (Monique) Lee, Niki Lee, Larry (Shawn) Brown, all of Franklinton; three daughters, Carline (Patrick) Robertson of Atlanta, GA, Christy (Christopher) Trotter, and Jean (Willie J Jr.) Clark, both of Franklinton; seven brothers: Leonard (Christella) Lee, Percy (Melalene) Lee, John R. Bickham, John D. Bickham, Richard Bickham, Leon Bickham and Leroy Bickham; 10 sisters: Carrie Mae Jordan, Ellen (Clyde) Johnson, Nellie Dillon, Norma Magee, Dorothy (Calvin) Ginn, Deborah Johnson, Gussie Robertson, Betty Bickham, Janice Weary and Ida Youngblood.
Funeral services were Nov. 9, 2024, at Water Valley COGIC, interment in Lee Cemetery.
