Funeral services were April 5, 2025, at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, Bro. Jerry Terrell officiating, burial in Rushing Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, Raymond C and Elizabeth D. Woodard ; brother, Seth Woodard; grandfather, Rufus Woodard; grandmothers, Tracie Toifel (Bryce) and Loretha Smith (Joel).
Pallbearers were Payton Phelps, Robert Brumfield, Raymond C Woodard and James Rager.
