Arrested and jailed

A woman has been jailed following an indictment for first degree murder resulting from a March 13 car wreck south of Dillon’s Bridge in which a passenger in her vehicle was killed as they fled law enforcement.
Sara Elizabeth Edmonds is charged after fleeing from authorities in Pike County, leading them on a chase through Walthall, south on Hwy. 27, until her car crashed, killing her passenger.
Other felony arrests include:
Gregory Earl Lewis is jailed charged with possession of marijuana/synthetic cannaboids in a motor vehicle and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
Joey Douglas Dunaway was picked up on charges of possession of child pornography and second offense driving under the influence.
Kevale Duvon Williams was arrested, charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
