Wendy Martin, 62, of Tylertown, died Jan. 6, 2026, at her residence. She was born Sept. 9, 1963, in Tylertown, to Daniel Bowman and the late Carolyn Seals Bowman.
Visitation was Jan. 9, 2026, at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church (Carter`s Creek), and Jan. 10, 2026, with burial in Enon Cemetery. Bro. Andrew Pittman officiated. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wendy was a member of Bogue Chitto Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, riding the roads, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Steve Martin; son, Daniel Martin (Rena); daughter, Eva Martin; father, Daniel Bowman (Royce); sisters, Wanda Casey, Shari McCullough (Robbie) and Diana Sandifer (Darrell); grandchildren, Nicole Owens (Sed), Swade Martin, Maddie Anglin (Noah), Sadie Martin, Haley Anglin, Olivia Martin and Avery Martin.
Pallbearers were Daniel Martin, Chris Martin, Chris McCullough, Austin McCullough, Donovan Grubbs, and Brian Lowery. Honorary pallbearers were Denny Denman, Nolan Rayborn, George Holmes, Sydney Singley, and Darrell Lopez.
