Willie Quinn Jr., 73, of Tylertown, died March 23, 2025, at Merit Health Hospital in Hattiesburg. He was born June 1, 1951, in Walthall County to the late Rose Jackson Quinn and Sherman Spears.
He worked at Rogers Lumber Corp. for 45 years. After retiring, he enjoyed fishing and working in his garden.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Jvetta Quinn Magee and Mary Lean Badon; four brothers, C.W. Quinn, Joe Lewis Quinn, Earnest Quinn and J.W. Quinn; one great grandchild, Messiyah Smith.
Survivors are his wife, Mae Dimple Smith Quinn of Tylertown; one daughter, Mary Ann Jordan of Hattiesburg; one daughter, Mary Ann Jordan of Hattiesburg; five sons, Hilton Smith (Celena) of Summit, Eugene Smith, Willie Smith, Tony Smith (Linda) and Ellis Smith, all of Tylertown; 23 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were March 31, 2025, at Spring Hill COGIC, pastor Ronnie Magee officiating, interment in Badon Cemetery.
