Cassandra “Sandy” Elizabeth Duncan, 66, of Tylertown, died Sept. 7, 2025. She was born March 31, 1959, to the late Archie Ray Mitchell and Gloria Merle Fortinberry.
Funeral services were Sept. 13, 2025, at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, burial at Duncan Family Cemetery, Bro. Randall Griffin officiating.
Sandy enjoyed doing art, making crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her daughters, Sarah Beth Sandifer (Jacob) and Alexandria Duncan; grandchildren, Makenzie Davis, Aubrianna Alphonse, Abigail Alphonse, and Veyda Sandifer; ex-husband Ronnie Duncan; brothers, Mac Mitchell and Greg Mitchell (Joni); sister, Tanya Poiroux.
Pallbearers were Alan Bridevaux, Ron Rushing, Steve Rushing, Blake Bridevaux, Seth Touchstone, and Jacob Sandifer.
Hartman Hughes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
