Funeral services for Marie Burch Campbell, 106, of Pace, FL, was at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, Nov. 8, 2025, burial followed at Burch Family Cemetery.
Campbell died Nov. 3, 2025. She was born June 4, 1919, in Tylertown, to the late Wallace Tom and Nola Pierce Burch. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings Snellings Burch, Madge Alford, Odeal Johnson, Faye Roberts, Pauline Deavers, T.J. Burch and Katherine Burch.
She was a military wife and lived in many different places in the U. S. and abroad. She settled with her son in Mobile, Ala., where she was a long time resident and member of Orchard Baptist Church. She retired from JCPenny Company in 1984, from the accounting department. In 1995, she moved to Mooresville, NC, to be with her son and family to enjoy her grandchildren. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Mooresville. The family moved to Pace, FL in 2002, where she was a certified herbalist. She enjoyed quilting, reading her bible, and eating pound cake.
Campbell is survived by her son, Alan Burch Campbell, daughter-in-law, Michelle Campbell; grandchildren, Laura Ervin and Michael Campbell; great-grandchildren, Garrett Bagley, Alice Campbell, Owen Ervin, Jeremy Ervin, Megan Ervin.
