Randy E. Greer

Randy E. Greer
Aug. 28, 1970 – April 9, 2026
Randy Everett Greer, 55, of McComb, died April 9, 2026, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on August 28, 1970.
Randy’s love story with his wife began in 2010 at the Enterprise-Journal, a moment that quietly changed the course of both of their lives. They married in 2011 and built something rare and unshakable. Randy spent most of his life working offshore, a career that required time away but was always rooted in his devotion to his family. Over 13 years with NNW, he gained more than a career-he gained brotherhood.
But if you really knew Randy, you knew his favorite place in the world was right at home with the people he loved, as well as playing pickleball. It didn’t matter what was on the TV-body cam, court cam, LSU games, Transformers, or Deadpool-what mattered was that he was surrounded by his family. He had a passion for working with firearms, learning, upgrading, and perfecting them. Randy and his wife also shared a love for traveling and dreaming about what was next.
Preceding him in death were his parents, HP and Lavoyce Greer.
Survivors are his wife of 14 years, Robbey Greer; sons, Wade Greer (Zoey Adale), Cade Wilson; daughter, Reagan Wilson; sisters, Cheryl Pigott (Randall), Tamara Fowler; grandchildren, Cynthia and Paxton Adams Greer; bonus grandchildren, Allisyn Diaz, Izabella Carroll, and Elijah Carroll. In addition to his family, Randy leaves behind three cherished French bulldogs – Baxter, Delta, and Marleigh, who were spoiled beyond measure and loved just as fiercely.
A visitation will be held at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS, on Friday, April 24, 2026, beginning at 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 p.m. with Rev. Demond Kennedy officiating. Sharkey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
