Alexandra Magee graduates from Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science

Alexandra Magee of Tylertown graduated from the Mississippi School of Mathematics and Science (MSCS) at Columbus May 23.
She is the daughter of Dr. Jackie Woods and Dorneail Magee. This fall she will be attending Xavier University, majoring in biochemistry.
Prior to MSMS, Alexandra was a student at Tylertown High School. She was admitted to MSMS after completing an interview and multiple essays with the help of Eva Sandifer of McComb.
She completed her 11th and 12th grade high school years on the MSMS campus, located at Mississippi University for Women.
While at MSMS she was recognized as a Borlaug Scholar for the Global Youth Institute-World Food Prize Organization.
