Ivye Lou Storie Reid died in her home Oct. 18, 2020. She was born April 10, 1928.
She was fun and creative, always looking for a new adventure and making the best meals, including her famous homemade chocolate pie and sharing her hobbies of painting, sewing and smocking, gardening and beach shell collecting.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Ollie Storie; her brother, Kenneth; her son-in-law, Tommy.
Survivors are her daughters, Debbie Reid and Brenda (Tab) Conn, and her son Michael (Andrea) Reid; her grandchildren Melissa (Joshua) Ownby, Tabitha (Ryan) Speights, Rocky (Stacey) Reid, Maria (Billy) Verdin, Soon (Tye) Ferguson, Jeffrey (Nicole) Conn, Will (Brooke Flory) Reid and Kaylee (Justin) Pettit; 16 great grandchildren; her sister, Dorothy (Eugene) Kittinger; her brother Bobbie (Maudie) Storie.
