Mary Grace Moak, 88, of Summit, died March 26, 2022, at her residence.
Mrs. Moak was born Aug. 10, 1933, in Jayess. She was the daughter of Ado and Maggie Rushing Brister.
A funeral service was April 2, 2022, at New Life Apostolic Church, Rev. Kenneth Patten and Rev. David Joshua Hoss officiating, burial in the church cemetery.
She was a member of New Life Apostolic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sidney James Moak; two sisters and six brothers; a son-in-law, Earl Lee Butler.
She is survived by four sons, John Wayne Miller of Goldhill, OR, Danny James Moak, Sidney Glen Moak and Dennis Paul Moak all of Summit; one daughter, Karen Grace Butler of Summerfield, FL; two sisters, Dean Saavedra of San Diago, CA, and Patsy Ruth of Little Rock, AR; a daughter-in-law, Christine Miller; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Billy Etheridge, Eric Melton, Preston Wallace, Kevin Miller, Brian Brister, and Kendall Patten.
Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Harper, William Keith, and Charlie Adams.
