Deloise “Pete” Peters, 64, of Tylertown, died April 10, 2022. He was born March 7, 1958, in Tylertown to R. H. Peters and Jessye Quinn.
At a young age he joined Tylertown First Baptist Church. He had a love for mixing paint and making vehicles shine (body work), so he decided to get a trade as an automotive technician. After receiving his certification in customizing vehicles, he became an entrepreneur by opening Pete Paint and Body Shop.
He is preceded in death by his parents, R.H. and Jessye Lee Peters.
Survivors are his wife, Debra Penton Peters; a son, Deloise (Nicole) Moore of Biloxi; two daughters, Rosalyn Carr of Tylertown, and Tamara (Ronnie) Causey of Foxworth; 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; four sisters, Wilma Peters of Gulfport, Romitta Haley of Los Angeles, CA, Dianne (Ronald) Wilson and Annie Lee Wilson, both of Picayune; brother, Wilbert Peters of Picayune.
A funeral service was April 16, 2022, at Craft-Dillon-Ginn Funeral Chapel, Apostle Clayton Bullock officiating, interment in the Tylertown Cemetery.
