James Reeve Barrow, 80, of Kokomo, died Sept. 22, 2023 at his residence. He was born Nov. 8, 1942, in Baton Rouge to the late James Reeve and Eloise Babin Barrow. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his wife Shelia Barrow.
A memorial service was Sept. 29, 2023, at Kokomo Baptist Church with Kevin Shows officiating.
Barrow was a member of Kokomo Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for many years. He had a talent for fixing vehicles or just about anything else. He enjoyed going to church.
Survivors include his sons Jason Barrow, Todd Barrow (Tammy) and Josh Barrow; daughters Robin Stevens (George) and Robyn Jacob (Jason); grandchildren Shantel Diez, Justin Diez (Ella), Courtney Diez, Zachary Barrow, Cameron Barrow, Brayden Carter, Jacie Jacob, and Camille Laporte; great grandchildren Caley Duplessis, Ryder Rodriguez and Ryan Grace Scheffler; sister, Susan Matlock.
