Dentrellis “Tug” Joe’Larrian Terrance Slocum, 15, of Tylertown, died Oct. 1, 2023 at Walthall General Hospital. He was born Oct. 6, 2007, in Jackson to Linda Slocum and the late Larry Malloy.
He loved watching tv shows and movies, folding clothes and enjoying his mother’s cooking.
He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Malloy of Magnolia, and his grandfather, Samuel Slocum of Tylertown.
Survivors are his mother, Linda Slocum; his grandmother, Jaunita Slocum; God mother, Saray Pellin; five sisters, Latayner Slocum, Kampatrice Slocum, Brittney Malloy, Briana Malloy and Diamond Mark; five brothers, Cjuar Slocum, Darius Malloy, Lagarrett Hamilton, Quadarius Hamilton and Tobias Conerly.
Funeral services were Oct. 7, 2023, at New Testament Church of Deliverance, Tylertown, interment in New Testament Church Cemetery.
