Joseph Eugene Terrell, 83, of Tylertown, died Oct. 27, 2024, at his residence. He was born July 7, 1941, in McComb to the late Edwin Eugene Terrell and Virginia Brumfield Terrell. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his brother, Claude Terrell; father-in-law, Sherman Rushing; and mother-in-law, Daisy Rushing.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Rushing Terrell; son, Jeff Terrell (Betty); daughter, Kimberly Turner; grandchildren, Taren Scott (Dennis), Derek Terrell, Josh Killingsworth, Hank Channell (Jessica), and Nicole Fulgham (Travis); great grandchildren, Dakota Spivey, Lane Killingsworth (Rebecca), Cailynn Killingsworth, Lizzy Channell, Blain Rogers, Shelbi Channell, Aiden Killingsworth, Paisleigh Duncan, Addi Killingsworth, Fisher Channell, Brenlee Duncan, Asher Channell, and Piper Channell: great great grandchild, Ryleigh Killingsworth; caregiver Charmin Johnston.
A memorial service was Nov. 7, 2024 at Mesa Baptist Church.
