Shirley Marie Bullock, 65, of Tylertown, died Sept. 28, 2025, in Hattiesburg. She was born Dec. 12, 1959, in Tylertown, the eldest child of R.D. Bullock and Edna Marie Bullock. Funeral services were held Oct. 4, 2025, at Brandon Bay United Methodist Church, burial in Brandon Bay Church Cemetery, Pastor Andre Tillman officiated the services.
Bullock attended Brandon Bay United Methodist Church and recently served on the nominating Committee. She worked at New Orleans Furniture for a number of years, and later became employed at the MS Dept. of Human Services as an entry clerk until her retirement in 2023.
She is preceded in death by her parents, R. D. and Edna Marie Bullock.
Survivors include her children, Eumikia Bullock, Brandon, MS., Rogerick “Redd” Lenoir (Penny), and Avonne Knox, both of Tylertown; her only brother, Lloyd (Mary) Bullock of Tylertown; nieces, Demara (A. J.) Mark and Samaria Bullock; her extended family: Vonnie (Antwine) Newsome, Nedra (Direse) Curry, Teon Lewis, all of Tylertown, Shaun (Angela) Magee, Terry, MS; grandchildren, Landon Lenoir, Jaden Lenoir, Jhene Lenoir, Amariah Pittman, Layla Lenoir, Jeremiah Newsome, Owyn Posey, Aries Lenoir, Ayden & Aubri Magee.
